Huntington police say the suspect in a murder who has been on the run for nearly a month is now in police custody. Lt. John Williams with HPD says Quazaa S. Farrow, 20, of Maryland was arrested early Friday morning in the Fort Wayne area of Indiana. Farrow was wanted in connection to the murder of Mikeal Branch, 26, of Huntington. That shooting happened in the early morning hours of July 5th. Branch was pronounced dead that day at an area hospital. SHOOTING INVESTIGATION Police Searching For Shooting Suspect; Victim's Name Released Reported: Jul. 5, 2012 6:49 AM EDT Updated: Jul. 6, 2012 11:17 AM EDT We now know the name of the man killed in an early morning shooting in Huntington on Thursday. Huntington police say Mikeal A. Branch, 26, of Huntington was shot and killed in the 1200 block of 18th Street. Police are now looking for this man - Quazaa Farrow, 20, of Maryland. If you have any information that could help, call the HPD tip line at 304-696-4444. The victim of an early morning shooting in Huntington has died and now police are searching for the suspect. Huntington police say the 25-year-old victim was taken to St. Mary's Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police are looking for Quazaa Farrow, 20, of Maryland. Farrow is described as a black male, 6' tall and 160 pounds. Police believe he is still armed. If you have any information on his whereabouts, call 911. One man is fighting for his life after being shot early Thursday morning. Dispatchers say it happened around 2am along 18th Street in Huntington. Neighbors tell us the victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. No word on the victim's name or condition at this time. Huntington police are investigating.
