A missing Wayne County man who suffers from dementia has been found safe.
Wayne County dispatchers say Ralph Creed Sr., 69, of East Lynn was found safe at the VA Hospital in Huntington Friday morning.
West Virginia State troopers and Wayne County deputies issued a Silver Alert for Creed after he went missing from his East Lynn home early Thursday afternoon.
