An arrest has been made in connection with an accident that killed a Logan County volunteer firefighter.
Cory Price died last August after a car crossed into the path of his motorcycle on WV Route 10.
The driver of the car, Thomas Dillon, is charged with negligent homicide, driving left of center, failure to maintain control and no insurance. Deputies also say drugs might have played a role in the crash.
Dillon is currently out on bond.
Cory Price was a volunteer firefighter with the Chapmanville Volunteer Fire Department. He is also the son of Chapmanville Mayor Jerry Price.
