Lawrence County, Ohio deputies arrest three people after they discover a meth lab.
Deputies say Donald Workman, 29, of South Point didn't show up for a bond hearing on Wednesday, but they caught up with him later that day at a home along County Road 124 in Chesapeake, Ohio.
They found a shake and bake meth lab on the porch of that residence.
Jan Bess, 47, of Chesapeake, Ohio, and Jennifer Hinchman, 35, of Huntington, West Virginia were also arrested. All three are charged with manufacturing a controlled substance.
