An Ohio man is in jail after deputies say he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl.
Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini says Nathan Walck, 20, of Lucasville is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. It happened in the Lucasville, Ohio area.
The victim was taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio on Tuesday.Walck is set to appear in Portsmouth Municipal Court on Thursday.
