One man is in serious condition after a domestic dispute in Kentucky.
Deputies say they responded to the scene and found Jamie Roseberry, 39, under the influence of drugs and making threats to kill his wife. It happened Tuesday just before 1am on Glen Carter Road in the Sandy Hook area of Elliot County.
We're told Roseberry showed a knife and approached one of the deputies aggressively. The deputy then shot Roseberry twice in the chest. He was flown to St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington where he is listed in serious condition.
Elliott County Sheriff, Jimmy Stephens, has requested that the Kentucky State Police investigate this shooting incident.
