A Huntington man charged with an arson that left 12 people homeless earlier this year pleads guilty.
Quinton Kennie, 24, appeared in Cabell County court Wednesday morning.
Police say he set fire to an apartment building in the 900 block of 9th Street last February.
He was also caught with drugs at the time of his arrest. Kennie will be sentenced in October.
