A Charleston man is in jail on child pornography charges after a family member turned him into the Kanawha Bureau of Investigation.
Police say they found the images on a laptop hidden under a nightstand at the home of Joseph Albohn, 54.
Court documents also say investigators listened in on a telephone conversation between Albohn and a relative where he allegedly said he had decided to stop after publicity about the Jerry Sandusky case and that he had destroyed the computer.
