Troopers say Rodolpho Correa Villagomez, 32, of Buckhannon, Robert Eugene Siron III, 30, of Weston, and Jesse Lee Heater, 28, of Buckhannon, all face 1st degree murder charges. Troopers found skeletal remains of a human buried in a shallow grave along Bull Road in Upshur County earlier this week.
Troopers believe the victim is a person who was reported missing from the area earlier this week. Those remains have been sent to the medical examiner for identification.
