Robert Keith says his son 34 year old Craig Keith was a good man.
He says Craig moved from Altoona, Pennsylvania to West Virginia last October to take a job at Sam's Club.
He says his son was trying to make something of himself and was trying to do good and police shouldn't have shot him.
State Police say during a press conference that a friend of Craig Keith's told them that Craig wouldn't go back to jail and would do anything possible, even pretend to have a gun to make police shoot him, if that's what it took.
State Police say as of right now that statement goes along with the findings in their investigation.
