The man convicted in the Huntington Mall rapes from the 1980's, will remain in jail for the rest of his life.
On Wednesday, the State Supreme Court of Appeals upheld Donald Good's conviction.
They also denied Good's request for a new attorney. In 2010, investigators discovered his DNA and fingerprints matched those of the attacker in the 1987 abduction and rape of two women from the Huntington Mall parking lot.
He is currently serving a life sentence for a Kanawha County murder. He has already been sentenced to an additional 162 years in prison.
