GUILTY PLEA Kanawha County Man Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charges

A Kanawha County man faces up to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography Wednesday.
William Collins plead guilty to four of the eleven charges that he had child porn on a computer.
He was caught when the images were discovered after he returned the computer to Rent-A-Center.
Judge Tod Kaufman hiked Collins bond from $250 to $25,000 dollars after he learned the details of a public urination charge filed against him while out on bond.
A prosecutor said a child was nearby and may have seen the incident. Collins is behind bars now awaiting sentencing in September.
