We now know the name of a man police say drowned at a State Park on Monday.
Police say Evan Richard Ferguson, 21, was swimming with a group at Beech Lake State Park in Wayne County, when he went under the water and did not resurface.
Divers recovered his body Monday evening.
Divers have recovered the body of a missing swimmer from a lake at Beech Fork in Wayne County.
The swimmer went under around 6pm Monday.
The name of the victim has not been released.
Divers are searching for a swimmer who might have drowned at Beech Fork in Wayne County.
It happened just before 6pm.
Dispatchers say the swimmer went under and never resurfaced.
