With ice in high demand, you can imagine it would put some strain on a business that's centered around it.
Eyewitness News caught up with the Kona Ice truck Wednesday.
Due to the scarcity of ice the past few days, the business had a hard time operating.
Thanks to a shipment that just came in they are back in business, and they have been super busy.
Wednesday afternoon they served roughly 500 customers.
As power is restored across the region, ice is become more and more available.
