The widespread outages are also affecting traffic.
Disabled traffic lights on Corridor G led to a three car crash that sent one person to the hospital.
This was the scene around 6:30 tonight at the intersection of Green Road and Route 119.
South Charleston police tell us one of the cars did stop, but when they went to turn, a truck didn't stop and slammed into the car; which then ran into a van.
Police want to remind you that you are suppose to treat traffic lights that are not working like a four way stop or a stop sign; which means coming to a complete stop
One person was taken to General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
