Putnam Family Breaks Ground On New Home

A Putnam County family is one step closer to owning their own home!
Karen White and her two sons have lived in the Teays Valley area for several years, but soon, they will call Hurricane home.
Habitat for Humanity helped the family break ground on the new home on Montana Avenue Thursday afternoon.
The family hopes to be in the house by this fall.
