A 19-year old miner is hurt after an accident at a Wayne County mine late Tuesday night.
Mine safety officials say it happened just after 11pm at the Ben Haley Portal of the Rockspring Development Inc., Camp Creek No. 1, in the East Lynn area of Wayne.
We're told the miner works as a roof bolter and was hit with drill steel. He remains in a Huntington hospital.
