A Putnam County father accused of having child pornography learns his fate today.
A jury found William Shingleton guilty.
The trial started Monday and is already over. It didn't take long for a jury to find Shingleton guilty on all 20 counts of possessing material visually portraying a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
This case began back in 2010, after police got a warrant and took Shingleton's computer. On that computer investigators found numerous pictures of naked juveniles in provocative poses.
Shingleton does have four children of his own, but police say they do not believe that he's harmed any of his own children.
Shingleton faces up to 40 years in prison when he is sentenced in September.
