Troopers Bust Meth Lab Near Elementary School, Three People In Custody

Three people are behind bars after West Virginia State Police bust a meth lab in Lincoln County.
Troopers say they got a tip about a lab on Terrace Lane near Midway Elementary School.
When they got on scene, they found all of the ingredients used to make meth.
James Hughes, his wife Davena, and Larry Miller are all charged with operating a clandestine lab, conspiracy and possession of meth.
Troopers say the property was in such bad shape with garbage, they also charged the Hughes' with creating an open dump.

West Virginia State Police are on the scene of a meth lab in Alum Creek.
Troopers say they got a tip about a lab on Terrace Lane near Midway Elementary School.
When they got on scene, they found all of the ingredients used to make meth.
Troopers say they have two men and a woman in custody. Their names have not been released at this time.
