A Nicholas County man is arrested after deputies issue domestic battery warrants and find marijuana growing at his home.
Thomas Brooks Underwood, 38, is charged with domestic battery and cultivating marijuana. Deputies say when they showed up at his Key Road home in Underwood on Wednesday, they found marijuana growing on his property.
