The mine where 29 West Virginia miners lost their lives has been sealed.
Alpha Natural Resources completed the sealing of the Upper Big Branch Mine on Wednesday.
The mine has been idle since that deadly explosion on April 5th, 2010. The blast marked the deadliest mine disaster in the U.S. in 40 years.
