When 20 more workers go on the job in an improved Hino Motors plant in Williamstown, a medium duty truck will roll off this line every 12 minutes. Hino Motors Manufacturing plans to add 20 jobs and spend nearly $3 million to expand its West Virginia truck assembly plant .
The company has pledged to spend an additional $3 million with outside parts suppliers to support the Williamstown expansion.
The governor said his recent trade mission to Japan helped seal the deal. The Williamstown operation employs around 200 workers, about 140 workers full-time.

Japanese truck maker, Hino Motors Manufacturing, plans to add 20 jobs and spend nearly $3 million to expand its West Virginia truck assembly plant.
Governor Earl Ray Tomblin announced the new investment Wednesday at the Wood County facility with company officials and representatives of U.S. Senators Jay Rockefeller and Joe Manchin.
The Williamstown operation employs around 140 workers full-time. Tomblin said Hino will add 20 full-time jobs by 2013. He also said the company has pledged to spend an additional $3 million with outside parts suppliers to support the Williamstown expansion.

That announcement is expected to come at Hino Motors' Williamstown truck plant Wednesday afternoon. About 140 people currently work there.
Governor Tomblin was in Japan recently trying to drum up business for the state.
