A Saint Albans man is facing multiple charges after police catch him driving without a license, and end up finding drugs and a gun inside his car.
Saint Albans Police Captain James Agee says officers pulled Michael Keeney, 41, over just before 9am Tuesday night in the area of Claremont Avenue and Spruce Street.
Once they searched his car, they found suspected meth, Oxycodone & Alprazolom.
Police also found a Hi Point gun in his car.
This isn't the first time Kenney has been in trouble. Capt. Agee says Kenney has been convicted of multiple felonies that includes two drug convictions from 2004 and 2009, and as a result, is prohibited by law from possessing any firearms.
Kenney now faces two counts of possession with intent to distribute and prohibited possession of a firearm.
