Firefighters didn't have to go far to save a shed that caught on fire Thursday afternoon.
The fire started in a shed on Cora Street, which is next to Charleston Fire Department's Station Seven.
The owner of the property said he had been working on a car engine in the shed earlier in the afternoon.
The fire threatened the house and a tanning parlor next door.
The fire was quickly put out. No word on a cause.
Cora Street was the scene of Charleston's deadliest fire earlier this year.
