A Kentucky man has been indicted on multiple charges after troopers say he had sex with an underage girl.
David White Sr., 59, of Morehead is charged with sexual abuse, sodomy, and incest.
Troopers say the alleged incidents happened from 2010 to 2011 at the 12-year-old victim's home in Olive Hill.
A Carter County grand jury has already indicted White. He remains in the Rowan County Detention Center on $300,000 dollars bond and is set to appear in court again later this month.
