We're learning more about two mercury spills that are believed to be related in Kanawha Count.
Eyewitness News has learned a woman brought the mercury to the Save-A-Lot on Charleston's west side Friday around 11am when she accidentally spilled some of it on the parking lot.
Right now, DNR representatives are at the Charleston store and are vacuuming that mercury up. Mercury can be dangerous if ingested or inhaled, but no one is thought to be in any danger at this time.
Meantime, more mercury has been discovered near Quality Exhaust and Brakes in South Charleston. We're told that mercury is contained.
