Pikeville Man Arrested For Allegedly Firing Shots Inside Work

A Pikeville man is charged with wanton endangerment after police say he allegedly opened fire inside the store where he works.
Police say Barry Cates Junior, 55, of Ivel fired two rounds inside the Lowe's store on Cassidy Boulevard around 8am Thursday.
Officers found a .22-caliber revolver and arrested Cates at the scene. Employees were inside the store at the time, but no one was hurt.
