A mother of two children is behind bars after police charge her with neglect creating risk of injury.
Police say Megan Cooper, 26, had her children in the car when she bought oxycodone pills.
Police say Cooper left her 7-year-old daughter and three-year-old son in the car when she got the drugs. Police say they also found narcotics under a bedroom mattress.
