Rita Hendrix says she's living a nightmare.
She lost a child and two grandchildren and is struggling to deal with the circumstances surrounding their tragic deaths.
James Roy Belknap is charged with four counts of first degree murder.
He was arrested at a Nicholas County Road block yesterday afternoon around four.
Belknap is accused of murdering Steven Hendrix, his girlfriend Amber Martin and his children, 6-year old Dakota and 4-year old Kaylee.
The criminal complaint alleges that Belknap owed a drug debt to Hendrix and that they had been fighting about the payment.
