The red carpet rolled out in front of a historic landmark in Huntington Thursday night for a very special television premiere.
The first part of "Hatfields & McCoys" mini series premiered at the newly restored Keith Albee Theater.
The series chronicles the tumultuous relationship between the infamous family rivals. It stars Academy Award Winner Kevin Costner and Golden Globe nominee Bill Paxton.
The three part mini series airs May 28th, 29th, and 30th at 9pm on the History Channel.
Some of the films actors, including Tom Berenger, known for "Inception" (2010) and "The Big Chill (1983), and Huntington native Jonathan Frederick, known for "The Scenic Route" (2008) were in Huntington for the premiere. Kevin Costner, known for "The Bodyguard" (1992) was slated to attend Thursday's premiere, but scheduling conflicts interfered with those plans.
