As Veterans were honored at the State Capitol, a man is arrested in connection with the vandalism of a war memorial in Ansted, West Virginia.
Eyewitness News Reporter Bob Aaron, who is a vet himself, talked to local vets about how they felt about the crime as they prepared for their annual ride to the wall.
