One person has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Lincoln County.
Court documents say Brian Lee Maynard, 26, of Harts, admitted to shooting Mr. Fulton Tony in the stomach, leg, and arm. It happened Wednesday night around 8:30 in the Upper Mud River area.
Police say the incident happened after Toney went to Maynard's home to tell him to turn his radio down. That's when Maynard allegedly grabbed a shotgun out of his vehicle, shooting Toney in the feet.
Toney then pulled out a gun and began firing a round at Maynard. Toney was taken to the hospital. Maynard is charged with malicious wounding and brandishing.

Police are investigating a shooting in Lincoln County.
It happened at Compass Point off of Bulger Road in the Upper Mud River area around 8:30 Thursday night.
We're told a man was shot. His condition is unknown at this time.
