Two people are in jail after police discover a "shake and bake" meth lab in Mason County.
Point Pleasant police say the lab was inside the trunk of car parked at the Pleasant Valley Apartments. That car belongs to James Ferguson, 24, of Gallipolis Ferry. More meth making materials were found in the apartment of Tiffany Grant, 24.
Ferguson is charged with attempting to operate meth lab. Grant is charged with conspiracy to operate meth lab.
That apartment complex was evacuated as a precaution and clean up crews are reviewing whether or not it is safe for residents to return.
