Two men involved in a home repair scam targeting the elderly plead guilty in Kanawha County Court.
Charles Withrow and Jeff Taylor pled guilty to one county of obtaining by false pretenses in court Monday.
The men worked for a fake construction company -- ABC Contracting.
The company allegedly scammed a homeowner out of $3,000 dollars for repairs to his roof. The work was never done.
Three other men allegedly involved in the scam are awaiting trial.
