A Charleston man accused of dragging his girlfriend along the interstate which ultimately lead to the death of her 11-year-old son, has been indicted on multiple counts.
Prosecutors say Ethan Chic-Colbert pulled Lynitrah Woodson from a vehicle and beat her along Interstate 64 back in March.
Her son, Jahlil Clements ran for help and was struck and killed by a car. Chic-Colbert is charged with first degree murder, kidnapping, domestic battery and child neglect resulting in death. If convicted he faces life in prison.
