A Kanawha County Magistrate involved in an ethics investigation will be in court next month.
Carol Fouty was suspended without pay and faces other charges after police say she helped people out of their legal troubles in exchange for personal favors.
Fouty's first court date is set for June 6th.
Fouty says the only thing she is guilty of is dismissing a ticket.
Longtime Cabell County Magistrate Brenda Chapman has been filling in for Fouty during her suspension.
