The Boone County Sheriff's Department has released the names of the victims in a double murder in the Blooming Rose area.
They say Leigh Anne Kinder Parsons, 35, and Sue Kinder, 62, from Lexington, KY., were both found dead yesterday.
Leigh Anne Kinder was married to Timothy Parsons and Sue Kinder was his mother in law.
The sheriff's department says a sexual assault occurred overnight. Parsons left the home around 9:00 a.m.

Police have located the car they were looking for in connection with the double murder in Blooming Rose.
It was found abandoned in the Slaughter's Creek area. A mine security officer at the Mountain View Coal company had heard the BOLO or "Be on the lookout" dispatched over the scanner for a silver Mustang. The security guard tells Eyewitness News a coal truck driver told him he saw someone ditch the car and get in another car. The person was described as a white male.
Police remain on scene where the car was located and on scene where the murder happened.
