A four-month-old baby is okay after deputies allegedly find its parents under the influence of prescription narcotics.
Both, Jon Paul Kazee, 29, and Cassie Ferrell, 29, of Cabin Creek are charged with child neglect.
Deputies say they found the duo in their Wealthy Acres Home. When deputies asked the couple where the baby was they said the infant was in the crib, but when they looked the baby was gone.
Luckily, a family member came over and took the baby.
