Police pick up a man in Huntington Sunday for threatening to blow up a gas station.
Fred Meinking allegedly made several threatening phone calls to 911 operators. During one, he told dispatchers he was going to blow up Sunoco. When officers got to the gas station, Meinking was standing beside a gas pump with a lit cigarette and continued to cause a disturbance. He's charged with threats of terrorist acts, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
