Jurors handed down a guilty verdict in the Kenneth Carter case. Carter has been convicted of first degree murder with no mercy and malicious wounding.

Jurors will decide the fate of a Charleston man accused of beating his two roommates with a baseball bat, killing one of them.
Kenneth Carter is charged with murder and malicious wounding. Ron Forton was killed and Brady Dunlap was hurt.
Defense lawyers argued Dunlap killed Forton and injured himself.
Prosecutors said it was ridiculous to believe the 105 pound Dunlap broke his own collarbone and fractured his skull and then put the bat away.
