The Wyoming County Sheriff says a Pineville man allegedly stabbed a man during a burglary near Oceana overnight.
Dustin Chad Justice, 25, is charged with burglary and malicious wounding.
Cops say he entered a home on Silo Hollow and knifed the man living there when he confronted him.
The sheriff says the victim's wounds are not life threatening.
