Two women are charged with child neglect after deputies say find a 7-year-old boy living in a house with a meth lab inside.
Cabell County Deputies arrested Tiffany Steele and Brittany Smith earlier this week after responding to a tip.
Deputies found a meth lab at the home along Ridge Run Road in Culloden.
Thaddeous Reams was also arrested during that meth bust on unrelated felony warrants. Court documents say he is also charged with conspiracy, operating a meth lab, and child neglect.
Tiffany Steele lived in the home along with her 7-year-old son. The boy is now in the care of CPS.
