A man wanted by the U.S. Marshals is in jail after deputies respond to a disturbance Tuesday evening.
According to a release, Kanawha County deputies, it happened Tuesday evening around 8pm at a mobile home in the 5900 block of Frame Road in Elkview.
That's where deputies say Mark Anthony Toler, 23, of Charleston, told them that he got into an argument with his mother and broke the windows out of the residence. He was taken to Saint Francis Hospital for treatment.
Toler was wanted by U.S. Marshals for a felony warrant for child neglect. At this time, it's not clear what state or county that warrant is from. He remains in jail.
