A final resting place for West Virginia Veterans gets vandalized!
The State Cemetery has been a dream years in the making and it's finally becoming a reality, but over the weekend some teenagers had other plans.
The juveniles have been arrested and charged with destruction of property.
The cemetery is being built behind the State Police Academy in Institute. An opening ceremony for the cemetery is slated for Memorial Day weekend.
