Another fugitive from our Fugitive Files is behind bars thanks to your tips.
Charleston Police arrested 41-year-old Joseph Sneed in Kanawha City on Thursday.
Sneed is accused of stealing a credit card from a woman's car and racking up hundreds of dollars in purchases across Charleston.
Sneed is charged with two felony counts of fraud and related activity in connection with an access device. Nearly a dozen other charges are expected within the next few days, which include breaking and entering an automobile, credit card fraud and forgery.
