Milton Police Arrest Four People Accused Of Making Meth

Four people are in jail charged with attempting to operate a meth lab in Cabell County.
Milton Police found Kelly Dawn Huffman, Shannon Fenner, Mike Larry Fowler and James Goodman at the Rite Aid Tuesday evening.
Police say they purchased pseudoephedrine, the main ingredient used to make meth. Police also found tubing needles, biohazard bags and a glass jar.
All four are charged with attempting to operate a meth lab. Huffman is also charged with shoplifting.
