A Huntington man is charged with robbery after police say he held up a gas station on 5th Avenue last week.
It happened just after midnight Thursday morning at the Clarks Pump N Shop, also known as BP.
According to the criminal complaint, Dustin Nathaniel Jones, 30, of Huntington, walked into the gas station, told the employes he had a weapon, and demanded money.
Jones got away with a little less than $200 dollars in cash, along with cigarettes. Police say the whole incident was caught on camera, which helped them identify Jones as the suspect.
Huntington Police caught up with Jones on Friday, but he took off on foot and once captured, tried to fight officers off. He is charged with robbery, fleeing, and obstructing and remains in jail.
