Kentucky State Police need your help to find a man who left Transitions Incorporated in Ashland late Sunday night.
Troopers say Michael Bernard, 28, was reported missing from the facility at about 10:30pm.
Bernard is described as 5'11", 125 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
Troopers say Bernard has a history of drug abuse and previously resided in the areas of Columbia and Greensburg, Kentucky. If you have any information on his whereabouts, call Kentucky State Police at 606-928-6421.
