An elderly man died after an ATV accident in Clay County over the weekend.
State police say Robert Tanner, also known as "Arnold", 82, of Nebo, was riding a trail along Clinic Road in the Big Otter area Sunday afternoon.
Troopers say it appears his ATV hit several large rocks and rolled over on top of him. Tanner was pronounced dead at the scene.
