One person has been charged in connection to the death of a Charleston woman who has been missing for two years. Kanawha County deputies found 60-year-old Charles Eugene March where he works this morning and took him into custody. He's being charged with the murder of Kathy Goble. March's son found plastic bags with human remains in them buried next to a trailer. When troopers arrived on the scene, they learned March was an employee at Kelley's Men's Shop and immediately suspected the remains could be Kathy Goble, who was another employee at the store. They say March confessed he strangled Goble, wrapped her body in a blanket, and then put her in the bathtub. He allegedly told them, he dismembered her body the next day and buried her remains in his back yard. ---------------------- New details are starting to surface surrounding the discovery of a human head found at a home in Chesapeake, believed to possibly be that of missing woman Kathy Goble.
